Pheedback is a independent place where anyone can give feedback on any organisation. The independence is the key to the idea. We don't care if you like or hate a company so any feedback you can see is independent from the organizations. They have no control over it.

So if you have had a good or bad experience with a company you can write it up and the word will know. Wondering what an organisation is really like and don't believe the one glowing recommendation that they have put up on their site from a supposed customer. Look it up here. Get true and independent feedback on them to make your decision.

If you are an organisation we also have service for you to store your feedback. If you really do have good service and happy customers then prove it. That one positive letter on your site does not convince customers. Independent feedback does.
