Retractions
If you file to have the feedback removed and a legitimate reason is given, then we will contact the author to see if they are willing to retract the feedback. If they are willing, or we can not contact them with 7 days, or you can offer proof as to why the feedback is illegitimate then we will remove the feedback.
On special request and with valid reasons, we can also put remove the feedback for the period it takes to resolve the dispute. We will make every attempt to mediate between the two parties to reach a mutually agreeable situation.
We will not remove feedback that that legitimate people have left because you are unhappy or disagree with their feedback, it is how they felt no matter what you think. Feedback of rude or offensive material may be censored. Feedback of malicious or illegitimate nature may be removed.
Be ethical and fair and your feedback will be respected.
