I had tried Vonage Phone Service and I was not happy with it I have tried to cancel my service but to no avail unless I pay extra money on top of my monthly bill.
I have been in touch with Vonage and I was hung up on argued with and treated like a rag.When they (vonage ) advertise on TV or in Print ads they do not let you know that it is next to impossible to terminate service with them.I thought there was Truth in Advertising Laws that these people had to follow.I guess not.Vonage should be made to let the public know about their cancelation policies when they sign them up. |
