Sear repair service is horrible. They are not reliable. Because of the poor sevice. I lost a freezer full of food. I should have put the money I paid on their warrent in the bank and got interest to pay someone else to do the repair. Now I have pay to replace my spoiled food. The Sears staff in the complaint department are no help don't bother to call. They all say the same thing "I sorry,but we can't"
