WARNING -- SOUTHWEST AIRLINES IS THE WORST AIRLINES ON PLANET EARTH!
Direct non-stop flight from LAX to ABQ -- July 22, 2007. Two bags check at LAX 4 hours before flight. Southwest Airlines put the luggage on an earlier flight, but would not let me change to the earlier flight (notwithstanding plenty of room).
Upon arrival in ABQ on the scheduled flight, only one of two bags were held by Southwest IN AN AREA OUSTIDE THEIR CLOSET SIZE BAGGAGE OFFICE, WITH NO ONE MONITORING ABOUT 40 BAGS IN THE EXPOSED AREA. My second bag (with 50 DVD's and other valuable computer items) was not there.
Now, five days later, Southwest states "they are suspending looking for bag." Moreover, Southwest refuses to refund anything for the content (saying all items are exclude), and will not pay ANYTHING for the $250 Dakota bag.
If anyone is aware of a class action law suit I can joint, or is interest in pursuing a case based on gross negligence not limited by Southwest's "Contract of Carriage, " please contact me at FVTABQ@aol.com. |
