| My Cell C contract expired mid February 2007 and I cancelled it a month prior to expiry date - I confirmed that my letter was received with effect 17 February 2007. Every month I still receive a statement and automatically debited from my account. Every month they sorting it out but when the next month come again the same story. This phone was in for repairs in January because of the screen just went dead - I gave it in at the Cell C Tygervalley in Cape Town - I got my phone back just before the expiry date and believe you me, just after the expiry date the screen packed up again and I am using since then my daughter's phone until this account has been sorted out. I asked to speak to a Director at the call centre but they keep on saying that they are there to help and that I cannot speak to a Director. |
