| We have a service agreement with Sears for a clothes washer we purchased there. The washer broke down and it took 3 weeks for Sears to get a tech out to work on the washer. The tech did not have the part required and it took 2 days to get the part. THEN when the tech was scheduled to show up between 1 and 5 pm he did not show and did not call. I got different reasons from different people at Sears and in any event they would not schedule a tech out again for another 2 weeks. SEARS SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, UNRELIABE AND IT IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH PURHCASHING A SERVICE AGREEMENT. 5 WEEKS to get a clothes washer fixed is that reasonable?????????????? |
