Kirsty`s is feeling very angry about CellC

My Cell C contract expired 15 February 2007 and I have cancelled it a month prior to due date which they confirmed and yet every month I receive an invoice and my account is automatically debited. Every month I phoned to cancell my debit order on their side but to no avail. Everytime the consultant just say that it is sorted out now, but when next month come again, another account awaits. I have ask them to send me proof of refunds but nothing and I cannot see that any money has been paid back into my account. This goes now on for almost 7 months. This specific phone I send in for repairs in January 2007 and I received it back by end of January 2007 and believe you me just after the expiry date the same problem and as the insurance also stopped on 15 February, this phone is still not operational and I am still getting billed for it.
I hope that I will get feedback from cell c now as you cannot get hold of any manager at this place.
