| Hi my name is Gary Beeso my address is 6 Campbell curt Acton on l7j2v1 phone number 519 853 0397. hi to whom it may concern I wish you take the time to read my complaint it started with my 17 year old son Gregory buying his first car I ‘m so proud of him .first job, first car he a great young man .well the problem started at kIa the new store at mountain view road and Guelph street in Georgetown on .when we entered the store we had such a nice welcome with the salesman and the manager they were was so nice to us I couldn’t believe people were so nice .the sales man came over and shook both of our hands and invited us into his office and we had such a nice conversation about our town and the people we knew that were his friends .them we started to discuss the car Gregory was interest in and the price range .the gentleman took down all the information and went and talked to his boss .his boss sold the sales man wish was his son in-law that there was a car on the lot that we might be interested in that was in our price range so me my son and the sales man went and looked at the car .my son was so proud of the car he loved it so the sales man went back inside and talked to his father in law to make sure that the price would be the right amount and get the keys so we could start it . well he returned about 15 minutes and stated to us the the car will be 3000 dollars on the road that was taxes safety and emission tested .well I tell you I was so proud of my son his first car and everyone was so happy . we went back inside to talk about the payment and my son told them that he won’t have the full 3000 dollars until Thursday and that was all right with them a long as he put 500 dollars down. So me and my son went to the bank to get the money and when we got back it was all changed stated the salesman the price was gone up to 3500 dollars and the will be no safety or emission test done . well let we tell you if you ever wanted to see a young man upset my son was .this is the first time I witness a Youngman so upset because a million dollar company let him down with lies believe me that salesman don’t have any children because he seen what he did to my son and he had not a bad feeling in his body. As I drove home with my son we couldn’t talk because he was so upset because he loved the car and a salesman who invited him in with so kindness let him down .if the call him a salesman well let me tell you he is good.
