I have been a member of Amazon.com since 1998 or 1999. I love this site! I have never not been able to find something I was looking for. I love using your site as a research site as to when my favorite DVDs/CDs and books are being released. I love the wish list, I use it as a reminder to buy these products when they are released. I have always received the items quickly and well packaged.
Once, back in the beginning of when I was a member, I purchased a CD from you to give to my mother for Christmas. I purchased it 2 months ahead of time, as I was worried that shipping would be especially slow that time of year. Once Christmas came, I gave it to her. When we opened the CD to play it, we discovered that the CD had come loose and had been scratched by it's own packaging. Dismayed, I wrote to your customer service, hoping beyond hope that I could get a replacement. Your company not only paid for the shipping to return the item to your warehouse, but shipped the new copy to me for free.
I am an avid reader, and a humongous fan of the Harry Potter series. Instead of waiting in line in the dark for a midnight release of the books when they come out, I just have them delivered to my door. They have always come the next day! I have been thrilled with that!
I am a member of Amazon Prime, which provides me with no additional shipping costs, once I have paid for the annual membership. I love the 2 day shipping and often buy products from your site instead of local shops.
