Well, here we go. During the middle of November I ordered a full set of Epson Inks from a website called Kumoclan (Kumoshop is the part of the site that I got it from). Now I'd ordered 2 ink cartridges from them previously and everything worked fine. Quick service, it's all good. But this time things have been much different.
I ordered the inks to the total of $124 and waited. And waited. And waited. A month later my order still said 'Pending'.
So ok, I thought maybe the order didn't work properly so I ordered again and sent them an email saying what I did and to disregard the old order.
All fine. I look at the website and 2 days later it says that the order has been processed and then a week later it says that it's been delivered.
A week later I still don't have my ink, but it's Christmas and I figure maybe the postal service is a bit slow because of all the mail going through.
I completely forget about my ink as I've ordered some others from a more reliable website. A month later I'm doing my budget and I see on my credit card transaction that the $124 from Kumoclan has been deducted but I still don't have my ink.
Now I'm getting a bit miffed. I go to the website but do you think I can find a phone number for these people? You guessed it - no! I have to email them, but I didn't get an email back from the last time I sent them one and now a week after emailing them about my missing order they still haven't acknowledged me.
If they don't get back to me by Friday I'm going to call my bank on the Monday and get them to bloody well revoke the $124 that they took out for a product that's never reached me. If they'd replied to my damn email maybe I wouldn't be so angry now but the absolutely crap customer service that they're providing means that I will never buy from them again and I'm going to let everyone I can, know about their crapness! Hence this rant. |
