If only I'd know how horrible the service would be with Vonage... but that wouldn't be so bad. The customer service is HIDEOUS. The supervisor I spoke with was actually sarcastic with me. I asked several times to speak to a supervisor and the with first and second calls, the employees refused to transfer me. After a 3rd call, I finally reached the "supervisor," and no wonder... the other employees must have known how futile the call would be.
I'm outraged that Vonage would rather have my $7.00 than have good customer feedback and satisfaction.
