I recently recieved some disgraceful customer service from the Manager and Owner of this business - Janelle.
Janelle has no customer service skills what so ever - she should not be working in an industry that relies heavily on being very good at this.
Janelle runs her business deceitfully - overquotes and is unreasonable when she takes deposits. I got a quote from another place and it was $60 cheaper! She plays power games and I would not trust her to do my hair.
Bad move to treat someone so badly in front of other customers. I went home and told my two girlfriends about your embarrassingly bad customer service skills. They were both booked in for hair treatments the next day ($180 - 200 each) and guess what - they both cancelled!
That's what happens when you don't treat people nice - but need them to make money!
Get a clue Janelle - or get out of the business! |
