AT&Ts service is just pathetic. I waited over three hours (Yes, no exageration!) on hold just for someone to refer me to another customer service group instead. No, they wouldn't forward me. No, they wouldn't take ownership and say someone would getr back to me. Two days later I tried the other number, after only a twenty minute wait they answered. They then refer me to a different number too call, once again to refusing to take ownership. I then tried sending an email. My first email was never responded to. My second three days later did get a response - just telling me to call the 1-800 number that I started with. I responded back that that wasn't getting me anywhere, and have once again got no repsponce. Finally tried calling the third 800 number - waited two hours on hold and was then disconnected.
Plain and simple AT&T effectively has NO customer service whatsoever. The class action suit mentioned earlier has got to make since. There is no way that signing people up for two year contracts and then not providing any service (my phone still isn't activated, although they have sent me my first months bill) has got to be something some lawyer would love to jump at. Where is a lawyer when there actually is a need for one? |
