| On May 30th I ordered a hard-to-find liqueur from Randall's Internet Wines and Spirits. I received confirmation and a FedEx tracking number. It was coming by ground shipment, and the charge for shipping was almost $15.00. About a week went by and I checked the tracking-it was on the way. Another week went by and I checked it again-it had been damaged in transit and looked as if it was being sent back to the company. I emailed Internet Wines and Spirits about this asking if they would be willing to send a new bottle out with faster service at no extra charge. I also left a message about it at their main phone number. I received no reply. I phoned again-got voice mails, received no reply. I emailed every email they had listed on their site-I received no reply to any email or any phone message I sent. Finally, I got a human being on the phone today almost three weeks after placing the order. The man was rude and could have cared less about customer service. He was not willing to do ANYTHING to make me a happy customer. He DID NOT APOLOGIZE for what happened, he did not offer to send out a new bottle with free shipping, etc. I was so ticked that I told him I simply wanted a refund since of course I had already paid for the darn thing on my credit card. I DO NOT recommend this company. They DO NOT deserve any additional business with this rotten attitude of theirs!!! What is it lately with all these companies acting as if YOU are doing THEM a FAVOR for buying their products?? |
