| On June 18, 2007, I mailed a package to a customer PRIORITY MAIL (they advertise 2-3 day delivery...I tracked the package to Miami, Fla., where it arrived at the post office there on June 21, 2007 and stayed there for the next 5 days, then finally delivered to my customer on June 27, 2007!!! We, as consumers are paying for a service that is not fulfilled at all, typical government agency, therefore, we as consumers are at their mercy, and no customer satisfaction at all....what a crock!!!! Is it any wonder there is no TRUST IN OUR LEADERSHIP?? |
