I am sure that my story will top all the stories and nightmares you have heard about . I bought a navigation system from Best Buy in Amherst Buffalo. On opening the box at Home I saw that the navigation system was missing, instead there was a rock in the box. You would think that a company like Best Buy would do something about it, but no they didnt even care and had the nerve to tell me bad luck. Upon calling TOMTOM the navigation company, they pointed the fingure at Best Buy saying that it was their problem. In the end the consumer always takes the hit.
I wouldnt recomend anyone buy anything from Best Buy, unless they open the package rite there and there. Oh and by the way the extended warranty its useless, dont bother because they will not owner it. |
